Policies: Special rates apply for hunting seasons, events, holidays, property rental and special packages. A holding deposit is required at time of booking, deposit amount will be applied and deducted from your total due.  A refundable cleaning/damage deposit in the amount of one nights rate will be applied. The refund of your deposit is dependent on you, You are responsible for a general cleaning of your room and zero damage. Cleaning supplies are supplied. Refund of cleaning/damage deposit upon check-out or within seven working days of check-out. Rules: Because Williams Fork Lodging is a private property where animals are raised and precautions are taken for predators we are a preferred adults only lodging.  Dogs must be under control at all times! No dogs are allowed to run around unattended. You may leave your dog behind in one of the dog crates if you are sure they will not bark or howl during your absence. No jumping or rough housing in hot tub. Absolutely no trespassing onto other private property or motorized vehicles on state lands. All animal waste must be removed by you.
